About Detatchment 320

Detachment 320 serves a total of eight universities including Xavier University, Delgado Community College, Dillard University, the University of New Orleans, the Southern University of New Orleans, Our Lady of the Holy Cross College, Loyola University, and Tulane University. It is located on the Tulane University Square at 200 Broadway, New Orleans, Louisiana.

The cadet corps usually consists of an average of 45 cadets in four classes with various fields of study. The four classes are separated into two groups, the GMC and the POC. The General Military Course (GMC) consists of freshmen and sophomores. Cadets enter into the Professional Military Course (POC) after they have successfully completed field training, which they usually attend between their sophomore and junior years. The POC are cadet officers in charge of developing and running the cadet corps.
